Werde auch du Teil des #TeamLebenSchuetzen in unserem Geschäftsbereich Schadstoffsanierung und Umwelttechnik am Standort Frankfurt (Eppertshausen). Als Bauleiter Schadstoffsanierung (m/w/d) kannst du ab sofort bei uns durchstarten.
Aufgaben:
- Du betreust Bauprojekte im Bereich der Schadstoffsanierung in Gebäuden selbstständig und zuverlässig.
- Baustellenbezogene Arbeitsschritte werden von dir termingerecht koordiniert und fachgerecht überprüft.
- Eine professionelle und dienstleistungsorientierte Baustellenabwicklung steht für dich an erster Stelle.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Abstimmung und Koordination von Lieferanten und Subunternehmen.
- Du übernimmst die Kommunikation mit den Vertretern der Auftraggeber auf der Baustelle.
Ihr Profil:
- Du verfügst über einschlägige Baustellenerfahrung, hast eine handwerkliche Ausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung zumr Technikerin oder Meister*in.
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Projektabwicklung im Bereich Schadstoffsanierung sind von Vorteil.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen und hast Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (VOB).
- Dein Profil rundest du mit Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie einer eigenverantwortlichen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise ab.
